Peerless 50-inch Ventless Electric Ovens

Peerless has been manufacturing ovens for nearly 100 years, but we pride ourselves on constantly improving important aspects of cooking equipment like control systems, burner systems and interior design, all to improve quality, reliability, and efficiency. All Peerless Bake, Roast and Pizza deck ovens are now certified Ventless. That includes all single, double and triple stack models. This new feature will allow operators to install our ovens without the need for expensive over-hood installations.
